In an effort to keep our customers and staff safe during the COVID-19 crisis, we will be making the following changes, effective March 23. Please know that limiting our interactions with you was a tough decision to make, as we value our relationships with each of you, but we feel we have to put safety first. *Only staff and delivery personal will be allowed entrance to the shop or office. * We are requesting that customers make plans to drop their vehicle off, as we will not allow customers inside the building.* All keys should be left in the overnight drop box during business hours.* We will accept credit card payment by phone, checks or exact cash left in the drop box DURING BUSINESS HOURS ONLY.* During this time we strongly encourage customers to email questions or concerns to email@example.com if they are not available to reach us by phone and we will respond as soon as we are able.* We appreciate you all and hope you all understand we are doing what we feel is best to keep everyone healthy. Again, one of our biggest assets are the relationships we build with our customers and we are saddened to take these drastic measures, but wish to keep you all safe.
